An evening view over the Rhine is good for reflection, and that’s exactly what the whole TALENTspy Executive Search team is doing this week at our strategy retreat.
We’ve had intensive discussions about how we position ourselves for the years ahead. Markets are changing fast, and so are the demands on leadership. For us, one thing is clear: our focus remains firmly on transformation, restructuring and the fast-moving world of private equity.
Those conversations are where we sharpened our new message:

We spent a good part of these days working out what artificial intelligence means for us. It isn’t only about supporting AI-first companies with the right people. The key question was: what does AI first mean for TALENTspy itself? We use technology intelligently to find the top 10 % of leaders who make the difference, even more precisely and quickly, without losing what sets us apart: a deep, human understanding of complex leadership situations.
