Career
Moritz Sahay is a Principal at TALENTspy, focusing on executive search in private equity, transformation and business services. He works with private equity funds, portfolio companies and corporates in growth and change situations that call for leaders with the drive to push change and value creation forward.
His work centres on key appointments in value creation, transformation, strategy and operations, from ambitious high performers to experienced C-level executives.
Before joining TALENTspy, Moritz worked at Russell Reynolds Associates on international executive search assignments with a regional focus on DACH and Benelux. He supported DAX and FTSE companies as well as PE-backed mid-sized businesses on C-level and other key appointments in industrials, healthcare and technology.
Moritz holds a Master's in Work and Organisational Psychology from Radboud University Nijmegen, where he graduated cum laude.
