Our client
Our client is one of the world’s leading reinsurance companies with more than 11,000 employees at over 50 locations around the globe.
The Organization & Process Design department within the newly formed division Transformation & Organization (TO) is responsible for a holistic perspective on structures and processes within the Group. The aim is to facilitate the advancement in all aspects of operating model, design the transformation agenda and to support the achievement of Ambition 2030 objectives.
We are looking for a highly-motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen the team in this demanding task.
Your tasks
- Lead or contribute to projects throughout the global reinsurance group with a broad range of topics including development and redesign of operating models, strategy implementation and organizational changes. Thereby maintain close collaboration and alignment with the strategy team and other stakeholders
- Consult business units and central functions on questions on organization or operation models, including identifying and assessing organizational options, conducting top management workshops, preparing recommendations and supporting implementation
- Support designing the transformation agenda with the dimensions of processes, technologies and shoring
- Develop and enhance the organizational framework deriving from Group’s strategy and transform it into organizational design and rules
- Support M&A projects with respect to PMI concepts
- Further develop organizational methods, incl. PMI methodologies, and facilitate holistic perspective on operating models
Your qualifications
- University degree
- 4+ years of professional experience in strategy, organizational development and/or transformation proven by relevant professional experience, preferably a consulting background and/or international group environment experience
- As a plus: good understanding of the primary/reinsurance value chain, challenges and digitization
- Fundamental understanding of different organization structures, complexity of truly global business models and transformation journeys
- Experience in management of large and complex projects in the context of operating model development and restructuring, ideally including change management
- Excellent presentation, workshop and moderation skills
- Outstanding conceptual skills and an analytical mind(set)
- Pragmatic and execution-oriented with high level of commitment, personal integrity and team spirit
- Excellent language proficiency in English and German
- Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint
