The department Global People Strategy & Transformation is responsible for HR Digitisation, People Strategy Development as well as Project and Change Management.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) specialised in global HR Digitisation. Located in Munich, you will have a direct reporting line to the Head of Global People Strategy & Transformation. In this role, you will work closely with HR and IT colleagues across the globe to drive HR-IT related initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of digital tools and processes.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Co-lead global HR-IT projects together with HR system and process leads to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
- Gather and prioritise business requirements, plan and manage process workshops, steer decision making, documentation and communication
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including interface mappings, timelines and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks and mitigation measures
- Support change activities to increase awareness and adoption of digital tools and processes
Das bringen Sie mit
- Successful completed studies with focus on economics or similar
- You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in (IT) management consulting with focus on HR topics
- Track record in global project management roles with a focus on process consulting for integrated IT solutions in Human Resources using market leading systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Well organised and structured in strategic thinking, project execution and workload prioritization
- Ability to keep the big picture in mind and strong attention to detail to bring projects to completion
- Proven experience of managing stakeholders at various levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and storytelling skills, proven ability to work with leaders
- Excellent command of German and English
