We are looking for a Value Creation/Program Manager (m/f/d) for a leading operator of outpatient care centres. The company is an association of medically managed outpatient care centres and semi-inpatient facilities (PE-backed) with the aim of ensuring the treatment of cardiovascular diseases at the highest medical level throughout Germany. The intersectoral medical care services include cardiology, angiology, pneumology, gastroenterology, vascular surgery and pain therapy. The headquarters of the company is in NRW with care centres throughout Germany.

Ihre Aufgaben

The Program Management Manager plays an instrumental role within the Transformation Office (PMO)

  • You will coordinate closely with the business owners of Value Creation Program projects. This role’s responsibility encompasses all transition project planning activities around development and implementation of targeted projects to ensure an increasing bottom-line profitability
  • You will support the management in the implementation of strategic measures, project management around milestones and financial analysis
  • You will secure buy-in from the organization for the jointly developed project plans while monitoring the implementation of strategic initiatives in regular follow-ups, including reporting on progress to the company and the PE fund
  • Preparation of financial and operational KPIs for the achievement of strategic goals and supporting organic as well as inorganic growth through M&A and supporting the PMI
  • Provide guidance and leadership to project teams around critical activities to meet overall deadlines and actively look for cost and timeline improvements, with ability to quickly navigate around potential obstacles and drive development of mitigation plans
  • Within the TMO you will support any required analyses and business cases for decision-making with a high level of rigor in a hypothesis-driven manner

Das bringen Sie mit

  • 3-5 years of experience in industry and/or consulting
  • Business Management or Technical Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent project management skills, familiarity with standard project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to evaluate complex project proposals and work plans
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams within a multinational organization and a large financial responsibility/impact
  • Ability to deliver results on time and on target independently and manage expectations
  • Understanding of the bigger picture and ability to prioritize key activities
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude, clear drive to output and results
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and ambiguity and adjust quickly to changes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Impactful stakeholder management (internally and externally)
  • Fluent English and German speaker
