Our client is an established German private equity fund with a focus on operational value creation with more than 200 portfolio companies in different industries. Company sizes are from € 20m to € 200m revenue. For their VALUE CREATION team they are currently interested to hire several candidates (m/f/d) on different levels.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Pre-transaction: Participation in the deal process and due diligence, especially on operational, strategic and management matters including development of robust improvement/restructuring concepts and business cases etc.
• Depending on the level you will be responsible for 3-5 portfolio companies and ensure to develop and implement the value creation plan together with the management of the company
• Mid-term career perspectives: to become a CEO of a future portfolio company

Das bringen Sie mit

• 5-12 years of professional experience, from top consulting firm (at least project manager level) + additional first experience in an operational role outside consulting
• Wide range of functional and industry expertise
• Ideally mid-market (German ‘Mittelstand’) exposure or at least “mind-set”
• Outstanding academic credentials and steady & consistent career progression
• Profound management- and leadership skills in difficult situations requiring change
• Absolute flexibility, willingness to travel some days per week
• Highly ambitious and motivated
• Hands-on, ‘get-thing-done’ type of person
• Excellent German & English language skills
