Our client, headquartered in Munich, Germany, is a white-label specialty provider and enabler for primary insurance with branches in the UK, Australia, Ireland, Italy and Switzerland, as well as a subsidiary in the UK. The company is a 100% legal entity of a global financial services provider.

We are looking for a highly-motivated Business Process Manager (m/f/d) to lead the design, management, and transformation of the company´s process landscape. As the methodology expert, you will drive process improvements and transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with Senior Management, Global Process Coordinators and Process Owners/Managers to shape "to-be" processes, support strategic decision making, and spearhead initiatives that enhance operational excellence.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Oversee and continuously improve the process landscape, ensuring all processes are documented, maintained, and compliant with regulatory standards such as Solvency II and MaGo.
  • Act as the methodological expert, providing advanced guidance on process modelling, optimization frameworks, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement process control strategies in conjunction with the Risk Management Function in quality assurance, and assessment of process control effectiveness.
  • Perform the annual scope review cycle with Global Process Coordinators and Process Owners while ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Maintain process management records, documentation guides, ensuring these resources are current and accurate.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of Adonis NP as the central process modelling tool, embedding advanced frameworks and methodologies across the organization.
  • Identify high-impact process improvement opportunities, using digital transformation tools (RPA, OCR, NLP) to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental workshops and advanced training sessions to promote continuous process improvement.
  • Represent the company within the broader Group, leading discussions and process reviews at workshops and meetings to drive organizational excellence.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Successful completed studies in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting and/or a global company with focus on business process management, optimization, or re-engineering roles.
  • Ideally passion for digitalization and new innovative technologies, sound understanding of digitalization tools like Process Mining, OCR, RPA, NLP and Workflow Automation.
  • Familiarity with process optimization methodologies like CIP, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Kanban is a plus.
  • Expert-level knowledge of process management methodologies, tools (BPMN 2.0, Adonis NP), and techniques, with experience in leading process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated success in managing complex projects across departments.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and process documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
