Our client is one of the worldwide leading companies in the financial services industry with focus on mobility-oriented services and products.

Develop and refine the strategy including its underlying business model and prepare strategic action plans for top management and overall strategic planning process
Identify future trends in the insurance industry and evaluate their potential impact on the business model
Develop new and innovative insurance and mobility service solutions to better meet distribution partners’ and clients’ needs
Identify growth opportunities with current and future client products and services
Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives, including communication of results to top management, steering of work streams, challenging of deliverables and building relationships with key stakeholders
Drive the strategic planning process
Support the functional departments and actively steer joint projects with external partners (incl. tracking progress and taking actions as needed to ensure successful achievement of set targets)
Continuously challenge and enhance internal processes in order to increase efficiency and to reduce complexity
Prepare strategic topics for management board as well as strategic planning processes
Direct report to top management and Board

Excellent university degree
Min. 3 years’ professional experience in strategy consulting
Proven functional knowledge of financial services and/or insurance
Flexibility to quickly become acquainted with new project tasks, content and assignments
Excellent and proven project management skills and distinct understanding of financials
Advanced ability to develop strong business relationships, to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders; proven frequent exposure to top management
Ability to communicate complex issues and build rapport with top management
Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
Highly developed interpersonal skills with strong communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills
Intercultural sensitivity and strong international experience
Excellent verbal and written German and English language skills required
