To further enhance their operational capabilities, the company is seeking a Head of Process Optimization and Improvement (m/f/d) who will spearhead initiatives to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of process optimization initiatives within the company
  • Optimize the maintenance and repair processes to enhance operational efficiency and safety
  • Analyze current maintenance workflows and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate closely with the maintenance and engineering teams to ensure process improvements align with company goals and regulatory standards
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of optimization initiatives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of operational excellence

Das bringen Sie mit

  • A completed engineering degree or similar technical degree
  • 3-8 years of professional experience in industrial process optimization, preferably in a consulting firm with a strong process focus or in the industry with a significant emphasis on process optimization
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma
  • Very strong implementation skills
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement projects with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams through change
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for operational excellence and innovation
  • Enthusiasm for aviation and an understanding of technical processes involved
  • Very good proficiency in English is a must; German is desirable but not mandatory
