The Data and Analytics division is our client’s hub for Data Analytics and AI. It drives the AI strategy, is responsible for the key enablers data, skills, and technology, and coordinates Data Analytics and AI projects to create value for the core business.
We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable GenAI Program Manager (m/f/d) for the client’s team to build a central GenAI Technology Framework.
Your tasks
- Technical design and strategic support for GenAI applications and agile speedboat projects
- Development of a unified Agent Framework as the foundation for group-wide GenAI initiatives
- Close collaboration with IT, internal/external implementation partners, and business owners
- Translation of business requirements into tailored, scalable technical architectures
Your qualifications
- University degree in data science, statistics, stochastics, information technology, or an equivalent area of studies
- Profound professional experience as a Program Manager with focus on huge GenAI projects in Tech environment or consulting
- Deep understanding of modern GenAI methods and their application
- Track record of successfully leading critical projects; proven ability to deliver results quickly
- Passion for GenAI technologies and experience with Agent Frameworks
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Structured working style in agile, matrix environments
- Outstanding communication, presentation, consulting, and project management skills
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is a plus
