Your tasks

As program manager for the DACH region, you will develop, drive and manage projects to meet strategic goals in DACH area. In close interaction with the project owners you will be responsible for purposively developing projects as well as for meeting the expectations of all involved parties. Reporting line is directly to the Cluster head of the DACH region and to the global Chief Transformation Officer.

Specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Driving the DACH value creation program by identifying, structuring and delivering initiatives – either as project manager or in close interaction with the initiative owners
  • Following up initiatives to ensure their quick realization and the accomplishment of targets
  • Tracking initiative progress: providing transparency, early warning and decisions support for the management team
  • Coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Managing critical issues between the parties and acting as mediator if needed
  • Providing consistency to internal discussions and board updates
  • Very interesting compensation package with equity participation

What you bring with you

 

  • University Degree in Business or equivalent and at least 5 and max. 8 years work experience, ideally in top tier strategy consulting, healthcare or consumer good or distribution business
  • Level Project Manager / Principal
  • MUST: industry experience in healthcare/MedTech or Consumer Goods
  • Project experience with Private Equity companies managing value creation programs / PMO experience
  • Track record in successfully designing and managing projects across distributed units and teams
  • Understanding of business processes in a global and decentralized organization
  • Persuasive personality with the ability to challenge project owners in a constructive way and lead various stakeholder to consensus
  • Ability to act as a catalyst for action and change whilst bringing along the team
  • High willingness to travel
  • High level of motivation and determination
  • Good people handling skills and organizational sensitivity, since the industry is heavily dependent on personal relations
