TALENTspy was founded over 20 years ago with a clear mission: to rethink executive search based on our own firsthand experiences—as both candidates and clients. We were often left disappointed by traditional approaches that lacked efficiency, transparency, and long-term relationship-building. So we decided to create a better way.

Since the beginning we have focused on building a network of top-tier candidates, most of them with dual university qualifications, a consulting or investment banking background, and a proven track record as operational leaders. This was and is our unique selling proposition. Over time we have enlarged our network across Europe for high-caliber leaders.

How It All Began

Before launching TALENTspy, our founders and partners held senior roles in corporate leadership and top-tier management consulting. Working closely with executive search firms from both sides of the table, we saw the gaps: searches took too long, and candidates often felt like commodities rather than people with potential. We believed there had to be a more effective, more human approach—and that belief became the foundation of TALENTspy.

Andreas Christl

Andreas Christl

Andreas Christl (Master Degrees in Business Administration and Controlling) can look back on over 25 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur as well as in international directorships and senior management functions, both in major concerns (Degussa AG, Süd-Chemie AG, Gimborn GmbH) and in young, fast-growing companies. During his career he has widely travelled in foreign countries and experienced many other cultures.

Andreas founded TALENTspy over 20 years ago. His main focus is on transformation, restructuring, strategy, C-level functions, both with private equity firms and corporates, as well as with management consultancies.

He grew up in Barcelona and speaks German, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Christoph Seyfarth

Christoph Seyfarth

Christoph Seyfarth, Managing Partner, (PhD and Master Degree in Business Administration) worked in diverse corporate functions, in consulting and in international senior management roles, both in large corporates (Daimler, Magna), in consulting (Alvarez&Marsal) and in mid-sized companies in automotive, engineering and renewables. He held positions as EVP and COO in Supply Chain and Manufacturing responsibilities, as well as in HR, Financial Planning and Analysis. In his last role before joining TALENTspy he served as Board Member (Vorstand) of a large renewables company.

His main focus at TALENTSpy Executive Search lies in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Operations and Corporate Development.

Christoph grew up in Germany, his various assignments brought him to Japan, Scotland, Norway and to the United States. In his spare time Christoph is interested in sociology, psychology and modern literature.

Christina Hofmann

Christina Hofmann

Christina Hofmann successfully studied to become translator and interpreter for French and Spanish with focus on economics. Furthermore, she studied HR and afterwards started her professional career at the hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich as an HR Generalist. Here she discovered her passion for Recruiting.

In order to be able to concentrate exclusively on this, she switched to HR consulting after four years and has now been working there for 20 years.

At TALENTspy, Christina is responsible for Financial Services, with a focus on banks, insurance companies, FinTech, InsurTech and other payment service providers. There she focuses on strategy, business development, transformation, growth and analytics.

Sarah Beumer

Sarah Beumer (Dipl.-Kauffrau) studied Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Labor Law at the University of Hamburg and has been working in the field of personnel consulting for more than 15 years.

For 10 years, she served as a Senior Manager at a globally operating consulting firm, specializing in Finance & Accounting and Interim Management. Sarah then successfully applied her expertise as a partner at an executive search boutique, where she primarily advised medium-sized companies in the manufacturing, industrial, and mechanical engineering sectors.

At TALENTspy Sarah oversees the Corporate division for medium-sized companies, focusing on leadership positions in Finance and Accounting. Additionally, she is responsible for Interim Management, offering her clients tailored management solutions for temporary projects or vacancy coverage.
